We understand that keeping a client’s budget under control is very important. Therefore, we engage our clients at regular site meetings to discuss updates and forecasts on how the project is progressing financially.

Whilst there isn’t much we can do about the noise of our tools and the process of building, H4CS takes a great deal of care to ensure your property is as clean as possible both during the build and once we are finished.

We are very conscious of neighbours and the impact building work can have on the surrounding area, so we make ourselves approachable and try and steer clear of the (builder) persona.
